I haven’t posted anything about our club visits for two months now. That doesn’t mean we haven’t been going. It just means I didn’t find the time to write up the posts.

Here is a quick recap of some of the parties we have been to since the last post about a party we went to.

October 24^th we attended a Halloween party at a hotel. This is the same club that said they would have their own facility ready for parties by August of this year. We ended up playing separately. I was with Kathleen again in her room. Jo had a threesome (she says it was “the best ever!”) with Mick and Michelle. Although we had a great time we really like being in the same room together and probably won’t do the separate room thing again.

November 12^th, November 15^th, November 19^th, December 3rd, and December 6^th we went to our usual club and nothing of particular interest happened. We generally had a nice time and talked to a few people but didn’t have sex with anyone else. On November 25th they announced they are closing the club for good with a party the last weekend in June of 2015. The club has been a part of my life for decades and I’m sorry to see it go. But things just haven’t been working out for us there and a lot of other people as well. The dynamics of a club are subtle combination of the people, the layout, the sounds, the rules, and probably a 100 other things. This club had it right, or close enough, for thirty years or so. It’s sad to see it fade away.

December 13^th we attending the first public party of a relatively new club in their own facility. What is extremely promising about this club is that the owner is the son of the guy that owns the club we usually go to. He manage our usual club for several years and knows the business. He and his father had a falling out and a lot of people left our usual club supporting the son in the dispute. I didn’t want to get involved in the politics and the father’s club schedule was a better fit for my situation and I had never attended the son’s club at the hotels until after Jo and I started looking for alternatives.

We had been to two of their hotel parties but we were really looking forward to seeing their own facility. It is a shorter drive than any of the other party locations. We didn’t see many people of interest but we did see Jack and Danielle and two other couples that we knew.

Donna and her husband were there and we had a surprising conversation with them. Donna wanted to share a secret with us and asked Jo to share a similar secret with her. She said she they had been in the lifestyle for about two years now and had only had sex with two different men other than her husband in that time. She wanted to know how many different men Jo had been with since she had been in the lifestyle. Jo has been in the lifestyle just a little over two years so it was a fair comparison. Jo told her “about 20” and I said that I thought it was closer to 25.  Donna was quite intrigued and her husband was ready to “drag Jo away to the bedroom”. We need to talk to them more sometime. Because this is the same woman who suggested Jo and she take off their clothes, walk around the house and arranged a multiple cock sucking situation for herself and Jo. What is going on here?

We ended up playing with Dick and Alexis. They are a very nice looking couple and very enthusiastic. We had seen and talked to them at the house party on October 19th and at the hotel Halloween party October 24th and probably would have ended up playing with them there had things gone just a little different.

Okay. I’m all caught up. I’m hoping I can avoid getting so far behind again. I really need to post within a day or two after the party. Even if its not a full detail report just saying we went and the basics of what happened would be so much better than not posting anything at all.

Jo and I have attended several large house parties in the last year. These probably have about 30 to 50 people. It’s not what I really think of as a house party. They are more like a party house that doesn’t want to get the license and zoning for a business.

Last night we went to what I think of as a true house party. There were about 15 people there. We were a little awkward with things at first. We only knew the host and hostess before we arrived. The dynamics are different at different locations too. There was a significant shortage of men that might be of interest to Jo as well. There was one couple that my ex and I had dinner with at the usual club once. I recognized them and they were thrilled to be recognized but they didn’t remember me. The woman was very interested in me and kissed me several times. But I could tell Jo wasn’t feeling the attraction and so I didn’t pursue that opportunity as vigorously as I could have.

As we were talking to people and trying to figure things out the kitchen area rapidly emptied until we were almost the only ones left. What was happening?

There were several men interested in Jo and asked her to play but she turned them all down. We got some private time and talked about things some. There was one guy, Trevor, she was sort of interested in. His wife, Kathleen, was a good match for me too. But they had disappeared someplace. We wandered off, found an empty bed, and played with each other for a while but I could tell Jo wasn’t really getting turned on for some reason. I stopped, we talked for a while, then went looking for people again.

We found a bunch of people in the garage. That was another social area where smoking was permitted. There wasn’t much smoking going on so we didn’t find the smoke an issue like we normally would in a smoke filled room.

Jo and I sat in the garage sitting around talking with a bunch of other people for maybe 15 minutes. She then told me she was going to get a drink but I should stay for a while. “Don’t just follow me out.” I’m not sure if there was some discussion that I didn’t know about but a couple minutes later Kathleen came in and sat down next to me and started talking. We had a nice conversation then Jo came back and started chatting. Then Trevor came in and sat down and chatted with us. It wasn’t long before Kathleen started asking if Jo and I played with others or just each other, and what our rules were. Within a minute or two she asked if we would like to play with them. Jo and I looked at each other, said a couple of words and off we went.

Jo was quite pleased with Trevor as a playmate. Kathleen was very nice for me too. After Kathleen and I were finished we talked for  while then wandered off to the kitchen while Jo and Trevor were still busy. We got snacks and something to eat then I told her I was going back to watch Jo and Trevor. I watched them have sex for a while and after they finished I “had my way” with Jo.

It was late, after midnight, so we drove home, went to bed, and had sex again. Then again this morning.

After we had time to think about what we experienced we realized what the dynamic was that made things different for us. At this party, a very select group of people, if you talked to someone for more than a minute or two it meant you were interested in having sex with them. The people at this party “didn’t waste time”. As soon as the doors were closed at 8:30 people started filling up the beds. Things happened very fast. We were a little bit left out at first because we were moving at a much slower pace than the rest of these very experienced swingers.
